JAWS Topokki began with a simple yet powerful mission: "to spread happiness is to spread deliciousness." Founded in 2007 near Korea University by a young entrepreneur who refused to compromise on quality, JAWS set out to revolutionize Korean street food with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Since then, JAWS has grown into the #1 Topokki franchise brand in Korea, with hundreds of stores and deep roots in food innovation and community values. The brand's expansion reflects not just growth, but passion: from creative new menu items like gimbap under the "Master Kim" sub-brand to ethical sourcing and sustainable practices.
